Who We Help
BonPsy Wellness works with children, teens, and adults who need clear answers about how their brain works — and what to do next.
Parents of children and teens seeking clarity on attention, learning, social, or emotional concerns
Adults wondering whether ADHD, autism, a learning disability, or cognitive changes might explain the challenges they have faced
School-age children who are struggling academically and need a comprehensive evaluation for IEP or 504 planning
Referral sources — including physicians, therapists, schools, and attorneys — who need clear, clinically sound diagnostic reports
What We Test For
Our evaluations are comprehensive and individually tailored. We assess for a wide range of concerns, including:
ADHD and attention difficulties
Autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
Dyslexia, dyscalculia, and other learning disabilities
Anxiety, depression, and mood concerns
Memory and cognitive concerns across adulthood
Complex diagnostic questions and co-occurring conditions
Giftedness and twice-exceptional profiles
How It Works: A Simple 3-Step Process
We have designed this process to be straightforward, efficient, and free of the red tape that makes most evaluations frustrating.
Step 1 — Intake. Submit the short inquiry form on our website. We review it within one business day and reach out to schedule a 30-minute intake appointment. During the intake, we learn more about your concerns, explain the process, and confirm fit.
Step 2 — Testing. Testing takes place in our Mission Viejo office or via telehealth when clinically appropriate. Most evaluations are completed in one or two sessions. We use gold-standard, evidence-based instruments tailored to your specific referral questions.
Step 3 — Feedback. Once your report is complete, we schedule a feedback session to walk you through the findings in plain language, answer your questions, and help you understand next steps. Your report is delivered in a format ready for schools, physicians, therapists, and other providers.
What Is Included in the $2,500 Evaluation
Our flat fee is all-inclusive. There are no hidden costs, no tiered packages, and no surprise add-ons. Here is what you receive:
A comprehensive clinical interview and intake
Standardized psychological and neuropsychological testing using validated, gold-standard instruments
A written evaluation report with diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations
A dedicated feedback session to review findings and answer your questions
A superbill for potential insurance reimbursement (out-of-network)
A report accepted by schools, therapists, physicians, IEP and 504 teams, employers, and courts
We are private pay only. We do not bill insurance directly. We provide a superbill so you can seek out-of-network reimbursement from your plan.

Common Questions
Do you accept insurance?
No. We are a private-pay practice. We do not accept insurance, Medi-Cal, or Medicare. We provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance carrier for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
How long does the evaluation take?
Testing is typically completed in one to two sessions, depending on the complexity of the referral questions and the age of the client. Results are typically available within a few weeks of testing.
Do you offer telehealth evaluations?
Yes, when clinically appropriate. We offer telehealth testing for California residents who have a strong, stable internet connection and are able to complete assessment measures via screen. Some evaluations require in-person administration; we will clarify this during your intake.
Is there a waitlist?
No. We do not maintain a waitlist. Once you submit your inquiry and we confirm fit during your intake, we schedule testing promptly.
What ages do you see?
We evaluate children, teenagers, and adults. Contact us if you have questions about whether testing is appropriate for a specific age or situation.
What if I need more than a standard evaluation?
Some cases require extended testing or specialized measures beyond what is covered in the standard evaluation. We will discuss this with you during the intake and provide transparent pricing before any additional work begins.
