Yes. After reviewing the essentials, you can request a free 20-minute phone consultation with Dr. Colleen Long for remaining questions. Our team confirms scheduling separately. You may also send a written question or request intake review. Video is optional.
Will I receive a diagnosis during the free consultation?
No. It is an informational introduction about the practice, services, fees, and possible next steps. Diagnosis requires an appropriate clinical evaluation.
Does this replace the paid clinical intake?
No. If you move forward, Dr. Cindy John conducts the paid clinical intake to clarify the questions your evaluation needs to answer.
Is testing online or in person?
Step 1: your clinical intake is online via secure SimplePractice telehealth. Step 2: testing takes place in person at 27281 Las Ramblas, Suite 200, Mission Viejo, CA 92691. Step 3: your feedback appointment is online via secure SimplePractice telehealth.
What if I’m asking about my child?
Use your own contact details. If you choose video, keep your child off camera. Ask practical questions about the process, fees, and fit. Please do not upload clinical records or detailed health history through the introduction form.
