Is the free video consult a live appointment?
No. Upload a short video or send a written introduction, then receive a recorded reply to watch on your schedule. The asynchronous consultation is free; clinical intake and testing are paid.
Will I receive a diagnosis in the free video?
No. It is an informational introduction about the practice, services, fees, and possible next steps. Diagnosis requires an appropriate clinical evaluation.
Does this replace the paid clinical intake?
No. If you move forward, Dr. Cindy John conducts the paid clinical intake to clarify the questions your evaluation needs to answer.
Is testing online or in person?
Intake and feedback are available by telehealth. Core testing takes place in person in Mission Viejo.
What if I’m asking about my child?
Choose “Parent or legal guardian” when you start. The introduction comes from you, using your own contact details. You can ask about the process and practical concerns without uploading your child’s recording, records, or detailed history.
