You do not need a referral. Submit our secure inquiry form so BonPsy can review your concerns and guide you to the appropriate next step. If an evaluation appears appropriate, we’ll explain the recommended scope, fee, and scheduling process before testing begins.
What Happens Next
1. Send a secure inquiry. Tell us whether the evaluation is for a child, teen, or adult and briefly describe the questions you hope to answer. No referral is required.
2. Hear from BonPsy about the evaluation process, fee options, and current availability before deciding whether to book a paid clinical intake. Use the secure channel provided for records or detailed clinical information.
3. If you decide to proceed, book the $250, 60-minute telehealth clinical intake. Dr. John reviews your history and questions, recommends the appropriate evaluation level, and confirms the total fee before testing. The intake fee is credited toward that total.
Evaluation Fees
Focused ADHD or autism diagnostic evaluation: $3,250.
Comprehensive or combined diagnostic evaluation: $4,250.
Psychoeducational, learning disability, or 2e evaluation: $5,250.
The $250 clinical intake fee is credited toward the total evaluation fee. Each fee includes intake, individualized testing, scoring and interpretation, a comprehensive written report, feedback, recommendations, clinical-director quality review, and a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Before You Schedule
BonPsy is a private-pay diagnostic practice. We do not provide emergency or crisis services and do not conduct custody or court-ordered evaluations. Core testing is generally completed in person at our Mission Viejo office; intake and feedback are conducted by secure telehealth.
Start with an inquiry; submitting it does not book an appointment or commit you to an evaluation. The clinical intake is a separate, paid appointment. The clinician determines the appropriate evaluation level during that assessment.
Typical Report Timeline
Feedback and the written report are typically delivered within 10–15 business days after testing and receipt of all requested records and rating forms. Rush timelines require advance approval and may include an additional fee.

Dr. Colleen Long provides clinical-director consultation and quality review focused on diagnostic formulation, integration, and recommendations. You receive a coordinated evaluation from two licensed psychologists, with one clear point of contact throughout the process.
