This is a website data notice, not a replacement for BonPsy’s clinical Notice of Privacy Practices.

BonPsy Wellness respects your privacy. This notice explains information handled through our public website and advertising inquiry forms. Our separate Notice of Privacy Practices describes how health information is handled after you begin the clinical intake process.

Information you choose to provide.

If you submit a short advertising or website inquiry, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, age-group selection, preferred contact method, private-pay preference, and communication consent. Please do not submit diagnoses, clinical history, medications, records, school documents, insurance information, or other sensitive health information through an advertising form.

Written and video introductions through Google Forms.

Our free introduction page links to a Google Form in BonPsy’s Google Workspace. The form collects your contact details and the written message or video you choose to submit so BonPsy can review and respond to your practical questions. Google sign-in is required. This introduction does not register you in SimplePractice or book an appointment.

Use the introduction for questions about process, fees, and fit. Do not include medical records, detailed clinical history, school documents, insurance information, or other people in your video. Parents and legal guardians should use their own contact details and keep their child off camera. Use the clinical intake process for health information and records.

How we use inquiry information.

We use it to respond to your request, provide current process or fee information, route you to the paid clinical-intake process, honor communication preferences, maintain required business records, and protect the security of our services. Submitting an inquiry does not establish a psychologist-patient relationship.

Website technology.

BonPsy’s public website is hosted by Squarespace. With your permission, limited nonessential analytics or marketing technologies may be used on public informational pages. These tools must not receive form answers, clinical details, appointment information, or information entered into SimplePractice. You can accept, decline, or manage nonessential cookies through the site’s cookie controls.

Meta lead forms.

If you respond to a BonPsy advertisement using a Meta instant form, Meta processes the information you submit under Meta’s own privacy terms and makes the submitted lead available to BonPsy. BonPsy uses that information only to respond to the inquiry and measure the aggregate path from inquiry to paid intake. BonPsy does not upload patient lists or clinical records to Meta through this campaign.

Service providers.

BonPsy may use service providers for website hosting, secure scheduling, practice management, and communication. Access is limited to what is needed for the service. BonPsy does not sell inquiry information.

Text messages.

BonPsy sends inquiry-related text messages only when the person separately agrees to receive them. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to text is not required to receive services. Reply STOP to opt out.

Clinical information.

Use BonPsy’s secure SimplePractice process for clinical intake and records. Do not send sensitive clinical information through Meta, ordinary website forms, or ordinary email unless specifically directed through an approved secure process.

Your choices.

You may decline nonessential cookies, opt out of text messages, or ask BonPsy to correct or delete an inquiry record when applicable and legally permitted.
