The clinical intake and feedback appointments are conducted by secure telehealth. Core testing is generally completed in person at our Mission Viejo office so standardized procedures can be maintained. Limited measures may be administered remotely when clinically appropriate.

Focused ADHD or autism diagnostic evaluations are $3,250. Comprehensive or combined diagnostic evaluations are $4,250. Psychoeducational, learning disability, and twice-exceptional evaluations are $5,250. The recommended level and exact total are confirmed before testing begins; unusual rush or extended-consultation needs are quoted in advance.

Every evaluation includes a 60-minute clinical intake, an individualized test battery, scoring and interpretation, relevant record and rating-scale review, a comprehensive written report, a dedicated feedback session, actionable recommendations, clinical-director quality review, and a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Most clients move from initial inquiry to feedback session within a few weeks. Testing itself is usually completed in one to two sessions, with reports typically ready a few weeks after testing.

You or your child will complete a series of standardized tasks and questionnaires, administered in person in Mission Viejo or online when appropriate. We use gold-standard, evidence-based measures tailored to your specific questions.

No, we’re a private-pay practice and do not accept insurance. This lets us avoid authorization delays and insurance-driven limits on testing. We can provide a superbill upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement, though reimbursement is determined by your plan and isn’t guaranteed.

We walk you through your results in plain language, explain what they mean, and provide practical recommendations. You’ll leave with a written report you can share with schools, physicians, or other providers.

Yes. Our reports are written to be usable by schools and can support requests for IEPs, 504 plans, and other academic accommodations.

Yes. Many adults use their evaluation and report to request accommodations at work or in college or graduate school.

Testing requires being able to sit for an extended session and participate willingly. We’re not able to test people who are in acute crisis, unable to sustain attention for several hours, or being forced to test against their will. We’re happy to help point you toward other resources if that’s the case.
