Start with a free video or written introduction. Ask about the evaluation process, fees, or practice fit. Dr. Colleen personally records a reply within 1–2 business days.
Your introduction does not book an appointment or commit you to testing. Clinical intake and testing are paid services.

Step 2 — Testing: Attend in-person testing at our Mission Viejo office.
Step 3 — Feedback: Meet online via secure telehealth through SimplePractice to discuss findings and recommendations.

Please do not send records, diagnoses, or detailed clinical history by ordinary email or text. Parents and legal guardians should use their own contact details.

If you have already worked with BonPsy and would like to share your experience, you may leave an honest Google review. This is entirely optional and has no effect on care.
Protect your privacy
Google reviews are public and cannot be anonymous. Your Google Maps profile name may appear with your review. Check how your name appears before posting, and skip the review if public identification is uncomfortable.
You can keep the wording general. Avoid names of people evaluated, ages, diagnoses, schools, test results, appointment dates, or other details that could identify you or a family member.
