Fees and scope

Comprehensive or combined evaluation: $4,250. Scope determines the final fee. The $250 clinical intake is credited toward the evaluation total. Exact scope is confirmed before testing.

Explain what you hope to understand about attention, memory, learning, or day-to-day functioning. If another professional or organization requested testing, ask what information they need and share those requirements during clinical intake.

Discuss previous evaluations

Tell the clinician about previous assessments and relevant records. Ask how to share them through the clinical intake process; keep detailed health history and records out of the introductory inquiry.

Confirm what is included

Ask which areas the proposed evaluation will cover, what it may leave unanswered, and how findings and recommendations will be explained. Confirm the fee and scope before testing begins.
