Begin with a paid 60-minute telehealth intake with Dr. Cindy John to review concerns and determine the appropriate evaluation level.

Individualized Testing

Complete testing in Mission Viejo using a battery selected for the referral question and the person being evaluated.

Feedback & Report

Review the findings by secure telehealth and receive a comprehensive written report with practical recommendations.

The $250 clinical intake fee is credited toward the total evaluation fee. Dr. John confirms the appropriate evaluation level and total fee during intake.

Private Pay

BonPsy does not bill insurance directly. We provide a detailed superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Your insurer determines coverage, prior-authorization requirements, deductibles, and reimbursement.
